Quality Assurance
1. What if the rolls don't fit?
It's never happened to our rolls before.
Firstly, we start the production according to the drawings that we've checked and confirmed with customers, and also when the rolls are in the process of the final check before delivery, we also check them closely according to the drawings. so there can't be anything wrong with the size;
Secondly, we also double check the parameters like the profiles, height,etc with the customers before we start the production. so there can't be anything wrong with the parameters either;
Thirdly, before we start the actual production, our technology department will check on the drawings carefully and try to confirm all the parameters with the customers as detailed as possible;
Fourthly, we have high precise checking equipment and procedures, there should be no problem.
Lastly, if there is a problem with the fitting of our rolls, we will analyze the results with the customers together, and if it's really our problem or mistake, we will figure out the problems and take the rolls back to repair, and of course we will pay for all the costs. We are a company with great quality, great reputation and also great responsibility, so the customers don't have to worry about that!
2. How long will the chrome last?
We don't usually guarantee in time, we guarantee by linearmeters,which is a more professional way. For chrome corrugating rolls, our warranty is 8,000,000 - 10,000,000 linearmeters. It's also up to the quality of the customers' equipments, paper, and their maintenance of the rolls for sure.
